Application Guidelines for Residency

We value your independence, changing needs, and safety by providing a variety of services to meet your changing needs.

Our goal is to help you maintain your independence for as long as possible. When the need arises, we will assist in arranging additional quality care in a safe, supporting, and secure environment from outside medical and/or personal care services in the comfort of our home.

Our facility has a Registered Nurse available. The organization provides nursing services to help residents monitor medications and keep an eye on health-related issues such as diabetes, illnesses, and wound care. A monetary donation is accepted to cover nursing services.

Application Process

    The applicant submits an application, along with a medical evaluation from

his or her family doctor

 At that time, financial responsibility will be established

Applicant will be notified when accepted for residency
